The textile industry alone produces more CO2 than rail, sea and air transport all together. 150 billion clothes for 7 billion people. A textile horde that turns to waste, millions of tons of clothing arriving in landfills generating metropolises of toxic garbage. Meanwhile, millennial lands are exploited to the point of generating nothing. The world of fast fashion is a striking example of a collapsing system, of a certain way of producing through the exploitation of people and environmental resources that is finally showing its limits but still persists. At the extremes of this chain are a girl or a boy, the protagonists of this story, who are two sides of the same coin: on the one hand a bulimic West unaware of its own actions, and on the other hand another world, in which every resource, including human resources, is exploited to the point of exhaustion.
